About Us
At Spring Care For You, we take a fresh and innovative approach to providing care for children in need. We are excited to have the opportunity to be a provider where quality and passion for children have been woven into every aspect of the service from day one.
We are a small, family-run provider with a big heart and an even bigger vision. Our mission is to help children build brighter futures, fuelled by our high expectations for their potential. We aim to create homes that feel safe, nurturing, and accepting—spaces where children and young people are embraced for who they are, and respected for their individual life journeys.
By fostering mutual trust and respect, we want to help each child discover and ignite their unique “spark”, supporting them every step of the way on their path to becoming strong, independent adults.
To make this vision a reality, we rely on extraordinary individuals. Our directors, senior management and staff are carefully selected to ensure that every adult in our organisation serves as a role model, mentor, and guide—not only for the young people in our care but also for one another as a team.
On this page, we would like to introduce you to each member of our incredible team. Their bios will share a bit about their journeys and the passion that drives them to make a difference.
History will judge us by the difference we make in the everyday lives of children.

David Chadwick
David Chadwick
I come to work with energy and passion to make a difference for children and young people.
I have the best job despite its strange title, 'Responsible Individual' because I have the privilege of working with the staff to ensure that everything is done right for our children and young people. It is my responsibility to ensure that the organisation is run properly so that children are safe and well supported.
I have worked in a number of different roles within social care over the past 30 years. I have run , audited and inspected services but one of the most rewarding roles was as a foster carer. There I learned first hand to appreciate the bravery, determination and resilience of children looked after. I have never stopped learning from the children and the wonderful staff teams that support them.
