About Us

At Spring Care For You, we take a fresh and innovative approach to providing care for children in need. We are excited to have the opportunity to be a provider where quality and passion for children have been woven into every aspect of the service from day one.

We are a small, family-run provider with a big heart and an even bigger vision. Our mission is to help children build brighter futures, fuelled by our high expectations for their potential. We aim to create homes that feel safe, nurturing, and accepting—spaces where children and young people are embraced for who they are, and respected for their individual life journeys.

By fostering mutual trust and respect, we want to help each child discover and ignite their unique “spark”, supporting them every step of the way on their path to becoming strong, independent adults.

To make this vision a reality, we rely on extraordinary individuals. Our directors, senior management and staff are carefully selected to ensure that every adult in our organisation serves as a role model, mentor, and guide—not only for the young people in our care but also for one another as a team.

On this page, we would like to introduce you to each member of our incredible team. Their bios will share a bit about their journeys and the passion that drives them to make a difference.

History will judge us by the difference we make in the everyday lives of children.

Our Mission

Our organisation is committed to providing the highest level of support to every child. Our mission is to build homes for children, one individual at a time, while recognising and honoring each child’s unique journey, courage, and determination. We prioritise the wishes and feelings of our children and young people in all decision-making processes, ensuring that their best interests are at the forefront.

Our Vision

Our goal is to establish a network of children’s homes and services across Lincolnshire and nearby regions within the next 5-10 years. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards and upholding our core values of transparency, integrity, and unwavering dedication to both our children and staff.

At Spring Care For You, our mission is to create an environment where every child is supported in discovering and reaching their full potential. We are dedicated to providing not just a safe and comfortable place to live, but also the love, guidance, and opportunities needed for personal growth.

By fostering resilience and self-sufficiency, we aim to empower our young people to become confident, independent adults who are equipped to thrive in all aspects of life.
